As a step toward fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, IIM Sambalpur established its business incubation center in 2020. The IIM Sambalpur I Hub Foundation (IIMS-IHF) is a not-for-profit (Section 8) company, officially inaugurated in 2024 by the Honourable Minister of Education, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.

IIMS-IHF operates as a comprehensive incubator-cum-accelerator, offering both physical and virtual incubation programs that seamlessly integrate with the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. Our mission extends beyond wealth creation; we are deeply committed to nurturing ventures that drive meaningful social impact, foster sustainable development, and contribute to economic progress.

With a vision to empower entrepreneurs across diverse sectors, IIMS-IHF merges the academic excellence of IIM Sambalpur with hands-on business expertise, equipping startups with the resources and knowledge required to innovate, scale, and thrive. Our 10,000+ sq. ft. incubation facility, strategically located within the IIM Sambalpur campus, provides a collaborative and dynamic environment designed to fuel entrepreneurial success.
